Shipping Methods
All deliveries are made with partner courier companies, daily from 09:00 - 17:00 to the address of your choice, easily and reliably.
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
For Shipping to your location within Greece, the shipping costs are as follows:
- Free Shipping on all orders above 100€.
- Standard Shipping of 5€/ order, for all orders below 100€.
For Shipping to your location outside of Greece, the shipping costs are as follows:
- Standard Shipping of 15€/ order, for all orders worldwide.
When the order is complete and ready to ship, the times required for delivery are as follows:
- Within 24 hours for Attica and in all cities of mainland Greece, as long as the order is sent by 13:00 of the previous day.
- Within 48 hours for the rest of Greece.
- For remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 72 hours.
- For shipments outside Greece, the delivery is estimated to be made within 15 calendar days.
- For shipments outside Greece and outside of EU & UK, the delivery is estimated to be made within 25 calendar days.
Important Notice for Customers Outside the EU
Please be aware that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
