Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.
The customer must return the product in the same excellent condition in which it was received. A basic condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the returned product has not been used, remains in perfect condition, exactly as it was before the sale, and is returned in its complete original packaging (box, pouch, etc.), which must not show any signs of damage or alteration, together with all contents originally included in the package.
You may complete the withdrawal form available here and include it in the return parcel, or send the completed form to our email address: violetafilippoujewelry@gmail.com.
To process the return, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice) must be provided by the person who originally purchased the product.
Please note that if you are able to visit our store (Eratosthenous 14, Athens) in person for an exchange, replacement, or repair, the shipping process may be omitted.
Custom-Made Jewelry
For jewelry that is custom-made or produced upon order, the company offers the possibility of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to a charge of 30% of the product's original value.
A basic condition for accepting such a return is that the jewelry remains in the same condition as received and has not been worn.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the sales contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, provided that you selected the least expensive standard delivery method offered by our company.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned product.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In such cases, any additional costs arising from the alternative reimbursement method shall be borne by you.
You are responsible only for the direct cost of returning the products. The method of return and delivery of the products to our company is at your discretion and responsibility.
Alternatively, you may return the products directly to our store (Eratosthenous 14, Athens, Greece), in which case no return shipping costs will apply.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the withdrawal request.
