• Sterling silver (925) is the purest form suitable for jewelry — it contains 92.5% silver and may naturally oxidize over time.

• Oxidation occurs faster on rings and bracelets, which come into frequent contact with skin and water.

• Even stored jewelry can tarnish slightly — simply polish with a soft cloth to restore brilliance.

• Thin chains are delicate — always handle and store them with care

Shipping Methods

All deliveries are made with partner courier companies, daily from 09:00 - 17:00 to the address of your choice, easily and reliably.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

For Shipping to your location within Greece, the shipping costs are as follows:

• Free Shipping on all orders above 100€.
• Standard Shipping of 5€/ order, for all orders below 100€.

For Shipping to your location outside of Greece, the shipping costs are as follows:

• Standard Shipping of 15€/ order, for all orders worldwide.

When the order is complete and ready to ship, the times required for delivery are as follows:

• Within 24 hours for Attica and in all cities of mainland Greece, as long as the order is sent by 13:00 of the previous day.
• Within 48 hours for the rest of Greece.
• For remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 72 hours.
• For shipments outside Greece, the delivery is estimated to be made within 15 calendar days.
• For shipments outside Greece and outside of EU & UK, the delivery is estimated to be made within 25 calendar days.

Important Notice for Customers Outside the EU

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Orders

All orders are shipped out of our jewelry store in Thisseio, Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in Euros.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check, before dispatching an order, might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

Violeta Filippou offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our showroom. Occasionally however, some of our items may be:

Products in Stock

Products for sale that are in stock are available for dispatch from our showroom within 2-5 working days. For any order cancellation in these products or change of address or payment, you may email violetflp@hotmail.com This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

Products in our production chain.

In this case the product will be tagged with the label “producing. Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Violeta Filippou. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock. In this case we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. For any order cancellation in these products or change of address or payment, you may email violetflp@hotmail.com.

This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

Payment

The following methods of payment are accepted:

You can  choose  to pay with your  credit card via PayPal even if you don’t have a Paypal account

• PayPal

Violeta Filippou welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.

• Cash on Delivery

Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece for orders up to 59 Euros. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the COURIER or our authorized personnel. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.

• Bank Transfer

Your payments must be addressed to the following bank accounts:

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. • Pay with Debit/Credit Card

Your payments will be addressed by EveryPay securely.

Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within  14 days of the order’s delivery date (less original shipping and handling fees) In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and any enclosed documentation

Custom made products are not returnable and refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

Violeta Filippou  reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

• Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, PayPal or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or Credit Card Company.

Refunds are not possible for sale items and for orders paid with interest-free installment.
Return Fees

Orders must be returned using the stated carrier using our account.

The return fee will amount to the same shipping fee paid for receiving your order.

Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale from: USA, Canada, Mexico & Rest of the World.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days  of receiving your order.

You will then receive an email confirming your return request, information and instructions in how to arrange your return collection.

Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
